Typical Event Registration Efforts

Most trade shows and business events are promoted in a similar way. Several months before the conference, graphical emails will go out to potential registrants. An exhibitor manual or show guide will be printed and mailed or posted online. A website will go live, listing all sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and sessions as the event rounds into shape. Breaking Outside the Box

In fitting with its core competency, GM Voices recommended a voice narrated production to detail the schedule, sessions and speakers of the SOCAP events. But how to combine the voice with an event-consistent visual style? Conveniently, SOCAP developed visual branding that fit the look and personality of the host city (first Las Vegas, then Miami, Baltimore, San Diego, and New Orleans for subsequent events). GM Voices simply adopted similar images, graphics and colors to maintain a consistent look with SOCAP’s other event materials.
