GM Voices Teams Up with Enterprise Integration Group for Two-Day IVR Workshop
To assist companies in their ongoing quest to deliver the very best automated customer experience possible, GM Voices partnered with EIG (Enterprise Integration Group) to present “The Changing Telephone Channel: Optimizing IVR + Speech Recognition in an Age of Smartphones” on December 2-3 at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter. This two-day event was a deep dive into the challenging world of IVR, including comprehensive sessions on call flows, usability, Voice Branding, error recovery and much more. All in all, the event was a success, and GM Voices and EIG are in talks to continue the workshops in 2015!
