IVR + Professional Voice = New Business
Real Soft Scores Application Deals with Help from
GM Voices Recordings
Real Soft, Inc. (RSI), a global provider of IT solutions headquartered in Cranbury, NJ, recently won new IVR business from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware and Duane Reade Pharmacy after pitching their platform with GM Voices’ signature VisionClips. The potent combination of finely-crafted speech application and unique Voice Brand proved so effective that Real Soft and GM Voices look to continue their successful partnership well into the future.
“Real Soft is long established as a premier developer of speech-enabled applications,” said Guy Miller, VP of RSI’s Speech Enterprise Division. “But GM Voices truly brings our work to life in the eyes of our prospects. Functionality and great sound are hallmarks of the best applications.”

We recently celebrated our 90th addition: the delightful, underrated White Hmong! (Not to be confused with the subtly different Southeast Asian dialect Green Hmong!)

GM Voices Hosts Annual Field Trip on Entrepreneurship
How do you not only survive a recession, but thrive in it? Find your niche, put in the time, go all out. These were the words imparted to young entrepreneurs from Milton High School during GM Voices annual field trip on May 13. In between snacks, MHS seniors spoke to GM Voices team members about planning for the future and realizing their potential. The students also stepped into the recording studio to lend their voices to an interactive radio drama. Fun was had by all. “Anything is possible with a little foresight and a lot of hard work,” said Tim Shoemaker, Director of Operations. “These kids all have great futures ahead of them. I just hope we helped point them in the right direction.” We even got some ink in the local paper. Check it out.
