GM Voices Partners with Virtual Hold Technology
Revolutionary Virtual Queuing Technology to Feature Consistent Voice Branding
GM Voices recently formed a partnership with Virtual Hold Technology® (VHT®), the leader in virtual queuing solutions. GM Voices will now provide the voices for VHT’s virtual callback applications, improving the experience for its customers’ automated interactions with the award-winning technology.
“VHT’s virtual queuing solutions provide customers with options for managing their time, and the way those options are presented is important to the customer’s perception of the company,” said Marcus Graham, CEO and Founder of GM Voices. “We know how to make automated greetings and menus feel more like conversations, which contribute significantly to a positive caller experience. Our natural-sounding voices add depth and clarity to the Virtual Hold solution, and that really appeals to the customer-focused companies that deploy VHT.”
