GM Voices has been called many things in its 27-year existence, almost all good. But we have never been called Justin Bieber. Until now. Tom Rector of Hospitality Training LLC graciously shared his experiences with GM Voices behind the camera. See why he’s a fan of our voice recording for eLearning video tutorials.

As the temperatures cool and the leaves start to turn, GM Voices unboxes the fall sweaters and prepares its collective face for another excting year of philanthropic moustache growth. Yes, the month of Movember (formerly known as November) is upon us. During Movember, men across the world proudly growth their ‘staches to raise awareness for men’s health issues like prostate and testicular cancer. Last year, GM Voices raised nearly $1,000 for men’s cancer research funds, with 11 committed “Mo Bros,” not to mention of supportive “Mo Sistas” and network of business contacts who joined the furry festivities. Watch our ‘Stashy Award celebration from last year, and stay tuned for official details of our Movember donation webpage and prize promotion.

Every year, customer care professionals representing the world’s largest brands (and all industries) gather at SOCAP International’s Annual Conference to network, share and stay on the front lines of customer experience trends and best practices. GM Voices is heading to Coronado Island in San Diego to spread the good word of Voice Branding to executives, marketing directors and contact center professionals from a who’s who of consumer organizations. Um, yeah. We’re pretty excited.
SOCAP offers many local and regional chapters throughout the country. In fact, our own Jessica Harrison serves on the board of the Georgia chapter. Take a look at National and Georgia and see how the networking resouces and collective knowledge could benefit your organization.
If you’d like a quick summary, watch this video presentation we produced for SOCAP last year.

Clear, confident, professional. All of these words describe GM Voices’ Robin, an up-and-coming U.S. English voice talent. With her fresh sound and versatility, Robin is fast establishing herself as one of our most well-regarded voices in client auditions and real-world applications. As one of our most attractively-priced voices, Robin is a great business decision for friendly IVR, steady narration and clear eLearning recordings.
“What I love about my work in voice acting and voice over is the process of bringing a client’s message to life, as well as the experience of working with each client. I can’t say enough great things about my partnership with GM Voices. I remember when they first built their studios years ago and how impressed I was with not only their facilities but their expertise and professionalism in what they do and how they do it. Working with GM Voices and their clients has been and continues to be an absolute pleasure and I’m excited to continue growing with them as I know that the coming year will bring about great things!”
