Posted by Matt on Monday, 25 January, 2010

Brainshark, that is. GM Voices joins Partner Services Team at Brainshark with professional voice actor narrations.

We’re big fans of Brainshark at GMV HQ. It’s a cool service for a new era in customer communications.

Watching a Brainshark Presentation

"Wow, this Brainshark presentation is dope!"

On demand, fast, easy and viral, not to mention a great showcase for what we do better than any company in world.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve joined Brainshark’s Partner Services Team. The hope is that we can help companies enhance the way they speak to customers and prospects. Especially for an important presentation, or if you’re company has a longer sales cycle, upgrading your voice is a great investment.

GM Voices Releases “Asterisk Song”

Posted by Matt on Monday, 18 January, 2010

Rock tribute to open source telephony hits Billboard #1

It’s the hit every telecom pro, business owner and teenie bopper can’t get out of their head. It’s “Asterisk Song,” the greatest song ever about Voice over IP. Watch our music video and see why it’s selling like hotcakes at the record shop.

Now, let’s talk about this from an historical perspective. As far as the music goes, we’re in rarefied territory here. As in “Imagine” and “What’s Going On.” From a video perspective, it’s in “Billie Jean” and “Sledgehammer” company. It’s a game changer, folks.

The Ultimate Voice Brand Quiz

Posted by Matt on Friday, 8 January, 2010

Is your phone system a star? Take this quiz to find out.

Often when we host visitors at GM Voices studios, we give away goodie bags filled with assorted swag:

This is one quiz you can't afford to fail.

GM Voices folders, notebooks, pens and pads, mints, Voice Branding in America and promotional iPhones (kidding). We recently developed a new addition to our folders—a Voice Branding quiz that separates the customer experience champs from the customer experience chumps. It’s a fun, quick 10-question assessment of your current phone system.

It’s Hollywood-themed and hosted by CEO Marcus Graham’s Hollywood bigwig cousin, Bobby “Blockbuster” Graham. You may have heard of him. He’s bigger than Scorsese.*

Download the PDF here and let us know how you sound.

Is it time for an overhaul or a firm handshake?
