We’ve empowered our “Dream Team” to make decisions to satisfy customers; we’ve given them the support they need to do it, and we’re continually investing in them to grow their skills.

While our business is based on a finely-tuned process, we don’t attempt to micromanage the work. GM Voices is a fast-paced environment where everyone works hard for our customers (while having fun in a positive, supportive environment). Our most important people practice is promoting from within. It’s a vital part of our culture.
