While we have formalized procedures and methods due to the complex and subjective nature of our deliverables, we don’t attempt to micromanage the work. We’re a fast-paced environment where everyone works hard for our customers while they have a good time in a positive, supportive environment. Our most important people practice is promoting from within. It’s a vital part of our culture.
